Lou and Sue G had the Total Home Access team install a vertical platform lift (porch lift) in their beautiful, waterfront Sechelt home so that their friend who is a wheelchair user could visit them! They also admitted to using it to transport their groceries and wine ;). We applied clear coating to provide an extra layer of protection against rust seeing as this was so close to the ocean. This was a custom job – we had our supplier RAM Elevators & Lifts shrink the platform width so that the platform lift would fit in their existing space, still with plenty of room to spare for the wheelchair.
