I reached out to THA after reviewing a few options online and am extremely happy I decided to move forward with them. I required a custom stair lift installed for a parent who had a medical emergency and could no longer use the stairs in their home safely. THA was able to come in for an onsite evaluation the very next day after I contacted them and put together a quote for a completely custom lift. Knowing the requirement for the lift was immediate, they were able to measure, order and install in an expedited timeframe. The team at THA was incredible to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an accessibility specialist. You will not find a better company to deal with!

Can't say enough great things about this team. Super communicative, fast, professional and CLEAN. I was needing to replace a 30 year old leaky hydraulic lift with a very limited footprint within my house. Due to the size restrictions the guys suggested a brand called NOVA manufactured in Italy. I was a bit wary at first and spoke to different business' to get different quotes and ideas. Hands down, Total Home Access simply had a better business plan, competitive quotes, and a better product selection. No other company could offer me what they could or come close to matching their price, and I found they really were on top of things. I was given a schedule proposal within a day of getting the quote done. I can't explain how nice it is dealing with competent people that are mindful and own their quality of work. They're so clear in explaining all the steps and the reasoning for things. And they really make an effort to make things extra nice (in my case, the electrician keeping all the wiring tidy and hidden "just because" it would look nicer, and shaving down a cement ramp so that the floor would be flushed with the elevator entrance). They also every day would sweep up after themselves and keep things nice and organized. Pictured are my old lift and cabin, the old motor, and then the photos of the after. You can see that the new elevator is a clear upgrade (also hydraulic because it fit the space better). It's super quiet and smooth riding. I've only found minor annoyances which are just user preferences and nothing wrong with the elevator itself. Ahmed still drops by whenever I want something tweaked and doesn't complain! I went for a very basic default model and the only thing I spent extra on are the automatic doors. If you wanted to spend extra you can change the look of almost everything from colour to material. Very happy with my elevator. Don't hesitate to give them a call/e-mail. You won't be disappointed.

This company supplied and installed a hydraulic elevator that was manufactured in Italy by Nova. We could not be happier with the end result, it is very quiet and smoothly stops at the floor called for. From start to finish takes about 6 months. Trevor Sears was our primary contact, he communicated flawlessly, was honest and knew how to build trust. Ahmed Shalaby, majority owner works with the tools and leads a small team through the erection of the shaft and cab plus the set up of the electronic system, including complex wiring, and hydraulics. Two other players involved in the project, the electrician and a finishing carpenter demonstrated expertise and each one had great interpersonal skills. All in all Ahmed has assembled a top team to do a difficult and complicated job. They were on site for 8 days working long and at times hard hours to get the job done. I was present through and never heard a negative word from anyone. Not only did I end up with a top product that was very well installed, I witnessed, likely the best team in action that I ever saw, and I have seen many during my 80 years of upgrades to my many homes. Bottom line, if you want to improve accessibility to your home or property, do yourself a huge favour, call TOTAL HOME ACCESS, you will never regret it. John Goldsmith

Ahmed was great. Our house is a little remote so difficult to get someone for maintenance and our old tech passed away last year. The manufacturer's policy does not allow them to provide any technical assistance to end users so I contacted Ahmed. Our elevator was not operating so Ahmed provided me some troubleshooting steps to take prior to him having to travel our house. From his troubleshooting steps provided I was able to sort out the problem and was able to fix it myself so he didn't have to make the journey himself in the end. Hopefully I won't need his services anytime soon but if I have any future elevator issues I will have no problem contacting them again.
