The installation was completed within the time frame promised, and he and his team have been reliable in terms of what to expect, and follow up service. If we have had any difficulty (typically user error) he promptly answers and assists us in solving the issues. We have friends with limited mobility who can now come and go freely from our home. We use the elevator/porch lift when we have large grocery orders to bring upstairs.
